Mauser K98 K Original German WWII 147 1939 Matching Bolt handle, TG, Bands

Description

This is an all-original World War II German K98 K rifle, in overall very good-excellent condition with virtually every part waffen marked and numbered to the receiver.  Receiver marked 147 1939 Sauer made. Metal retains 95%+ original finish.  Bolt handle and bolt stop have matching numbers to the receiver, bolt shroud not numbered.  Receiver is 149 1939 marked and has waffen marks on both sides as shown.  Barrel has matching serial number and waffen mark, rear sight, base, blade and slide also have matching numbers and also waffen marked as shown.  Trigger guard and floorplate are milled steel, have waffen marks and matching serial numbers, trigger guard screws also matching serial number, follower also numbered to the gun.  Buttplate is milled steel, waffen marked and has matching serial number.   Front sight blade has matching serial number.  Bore is bright and shiny with very strong rifling, no visible wear, extremely nice.  Gun has original cleaning rod.  Stock is in very good condition, some minor nicks and dings associated with normal storage, stock has very strong cartouches as shown, also H marked.  Serial number of gun is 8030H.  Cal. 8mm Mauser.

This is an extremely nice example of a rare K98 version.   Would make a fantastic addition to any collection.
