Mauser K98 K Original German WWII BYF 44 Matching Bolt

Description

This is a very nice all-original World War II German K98 K rifle, in overall very good condition.  Metal retains 60%-65% original finish, has original Waffen marks on the barrel, receiver, trigger guard and stock.  Bolt handle and shroud has original matching number to the receiver, front sight has original shroud, rear sight is 100-2000 meter gradients (sight not numbered),trigger guard is stamped, BYF marked as well as Waffen marked.   Buttplate is stamped and unmarked.  Barrel shows moderate pitting but strong rifling (often referred to as a “frosted” bore), has original cleaning rod.   Serial number of gun is 52593.  Cal. 8mm Mauser.

Stock is in very good condition with no visible cracks and retains original Waffen marking on buttstock.
